Pastor Adrie H. Legoh

Pastor Legoh was born in Watumea (Tondano), Manado, Indonesia. After finishing his study at the University of Klabat in Manado Indonesia, he was called to minister in 1973. He worked as a distric pastor/church pastor in South Sulawesi, North Minahasa, and South Minahasa Conferences of Seventh-Day Adventist Church. After working for almost 12 years he had the opportunity to study at Seventh-Day Adventist Theological Seminary, Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan USA. He received Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from that institution. In 1990 he accepted the call to teach at the University of Klabat in Manado Indonesia and for 7 years he was dean of the School of Theology in that university. In 1998 he was called to teach at the seminary of Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS), located in Silang, Cavite, Philippines.
After 6 years of teaching at this institute he decided to go back to pastoral ministry and became the pastor of the Indonesian Pioneer of Seventh-Day Adventist in New Jersey Conference in April 2004.

He is happily married to Santje Pusung and were blessed with 3 children (one daughter and two sons). The oldest, Beverly, is married to Adam Brown who is pastoring a Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Michigan and at the same time studying in Andrews University Theological Seminary. Both two sons are studying in the Philippines. The older
boy (Darryl) is taking computer engineering while the younger (Andrew) is majoring in theology.
